Bad stinkin weather=Very sick kids

So it all started last week when Owen and I would go out and shovel the snow after a couple of our big storms. Well along came Croup wednesday night, and it is so scary. I wanted to take him in to the hospital so bad, but you can do alot of treatments at home like take him outside to breathe the cold air, or a steamed shower (Which worked really well.) So now I had to worry about my sweet Olivia getting it and sure enough Saturday night.....Croup. Luckily hers wasn't as bad like Owen's (as you can tell by the pictures.) So it looks like this week we will all be staying indoors. Which does have a couple of pluses, such as, getting to stay in your pajamas all day (me too! Since I am taking care of my kids right?) playing hi-ho cherry-o all day, watching the disney channel, sometimes I can sneak in a couple of soap operas or MTV. Hopefully this bad weather and sick days will go away!

Friends Forever

I am so glad that we all still keep in touch. I am so proud of everyone and what everyone has accomplished in their lives. You all are examples to me and I am blessed to know each one of you. Some of us go way way back. Erin I can't believe that we have known each other since 1st grade, who would've thought we would survive those everyday quarrels and long walks to each others house where we would meet up at the mean boys house. Man so many memories and now I can't wait for out little kidlets to grow up with each other. (And Erin your more than worthy for my blog.) Love you all!

More Pics from Christmas and New years!

Merry Christmas 2007

Besides Chris getting the stomach flu on his Birthday (Dec. 24th), We had a great Christmas. Owen was a little more excited this year for Santa and all the hype about Christmas, which made it a little more fun! And we had sweet Olivia to share it with this year. We spent Christmas eve night at the Burtons, and then went to my parents Christmas afternoon. Owen had a blast playing in Kamas with the Alpacas and his cousins he loves being with his family!

My little binky stealer.

Owen loves his sister so much, that sometimes he has to be just like her. And lately I have been noticing a shortage in her binkys. I found him the other day during his nap just like this. He had stolen her binki and took it to bed with him. He has never took a binky even when he was little baby.

Olivia Jane is 4 1/2 months old!

Wow, my little princess is growing up! We went to her 4 months check up today and she weighs in at 14 lbs. 13 oz. She is quite a tank, but I sure love all of her little rolls. She is the happiest baby ever, she loves to smile and watch her brother all day! We love you, Olivia.

Line those Up!

One day me and Owen got out all of his cars and lined them all up. He loves to do this not just with his cars, but with anything. I like it too because it will keep him busy for a good hour. I think he developed a little OCD from his Mom.

Cute Olivia sucks her thumb!

Owen turned a big whopping 3!

I can't believe that Owen is already 3. We had such a great day on his birthday. We went and saw surfs up, and then had family over for cake and ice cream. He was so excited to open up his presents and have his cousins over to play. I love you Owen, Happy Birthday!

Cute Cousins

From Left to Right; Easton, Keagan holding Olivia, Aislee, Kohen, and Sadie. Owen was being a bum and wouldn't get in the picture.

Yeah the Webster Family is in Town!

My sweet sister came down for a day to hang out with us. Man I miss her and her beautiful kids and wonderful husband. We all got together at my house for some good ol' fun. Aislee I can't wait for Olivia to get a little older so she can be a little princess just like you. And Easton you are getting so big I just love to cuddle with you, you have such an infectious smile. I love you all so much!

Happy Thanksgiving

We had such a great Thanksgiving with the Burtons. Except for it wasn't quite the same with out the Rockwood Family, (We missed you guys!) Since all the girls prepared and cooked the food all day, all of the boys had the opportunity to clean up. The day after thanksgiving we all headed for the rec center to play some wolleyball. Wow, that was a lot of fun! But I sure had lots of bruises to show for my hard competitiveness. Look how cute my little Owen and Olivia are....

Owen got these sunglasses at school, and is a little obsessed with them, he was nice enough to let Olivia wear them for a second. Anytime me or Chris are wearing our glasses, he says, "Oh cute mom, should I wear mine? Should I?"

Happy Anniversary!

Yesterday me and Chris celebrated our 5 year anniversary, Yipee! Wow where does the time go, I can't believe that it has been that long. We went to our favortie restuarant Bonsai Steakhouse, it is sooo good. There fried noodles almost taste like dessert, and spent the rest of the day with our cute little kidlets. I am so grateful to be married to a sweet, patient, and loving husband (sometimes he has to put up with alot.) Thanks Chris for the best 5 years, and many more to go! I love you!

Me and Chris went to see "Dan in real life" yesterday, and I loved it so much. Definitely a must see. Anyways I have the song "Let my love open the door" on my playlist, SO LISTEN TO IT! (You have to have seen the movie to appreciate it) Enjoy!

Halloween

Halloween was such a blast this year. Owen was suppose to be a spider, but when he saw Olivia's orange pumpkin costume, he wanted to be just like her so he wore his orange Tigger costume from last year. Owen loved going trick-or-treating, and went with his good buddy Cannon.

Halloween party at the Evans' house

We all got together at Kasey and Katie's house for some good Halloween fun! It was so good to see everyone, especially Colby and Mandy who live in Milwaukee. We (adults) played some fun games while our kids played together and watched a movie (they were a little destructive, thanks Kasey and Katie for letting them get into your stuff.)
